The Headstage Advantage

Intronix physiological amplifiers use Intronix headstage technology. One Headstage is included for each EMG channel.  This does not include channels with on-board stimulation capability.

The headstage reduces the length of high impedance lines running into the amplifier.  The idea is that the low impedance lines coming out of the headstage to the amplifier are resistant to movement artifact and stray noise pick-up.  The electrode cables can be kept short, and locating the headstages close to the subject, provides superior noise resistance, freedom from movement artifact, and superior signal quality.  What else can you ask for?
