Myoguide DOC™
Myoguide DOC is useful for anyone currently injecting anything into muscle, who wishes to have a better documentation system. The screen shot illustrates that a patient is having some injections for Cervical Dystonia. We have gone away from the sketchy line drawings that are presently used in many clinics, and brought forth anatomically accurate digital graphics.

Features
A circle is placed where the injection point is, and an information widow opens to allow the user to document the number of units injected. The table is automatically filled in as the clinician continues their treatment. There is a feature to document injection of drug into various layers of muscle through the same injection point. This feature came about as it is apparent that Myoguide needle EMG guided injection system can identify areas of hyperactive muscle fibers at various levels. This provides a very advanced method of documenting a patient encounter.
Each syndrome has its own line up of graphic windows related to management of the problem. Each window is also available on its own. We also allow the user to build their own preferred groups. This allows development of clinic specific protocols.
System Requirements
Myoguide DOC is a straight documentation package and is not device specific, so it can be used with, or without, any injection guidance systems.
Myoguide DOC can be run as a stand alone system on a laptop computer, tablet computer, or as a client/server system. DOC can be used with any Widows 7 tablet or computer. as a client. We recommend any dual core (or better) Windows 7 computer as a server, for optimal performance.
