• Our quality system is registered to both ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003. BSI is our quality systems registrar accredited under the Canadian Medical Devices Conformity Assessment System (CMDCAS). We comply to the guidelines of an FDA listed manufacturer. The following document details our requirements from our suppliers. We ask that our suppliers comply to our Purchase Order Requirements, as documented in IT026.
