Intronix has been manufacturing medical devices since 1984, and for other companies (OEM) since 1989.  We have experience  in developing new technologies, prototypes, and production units. We assess needs, solve problems, and provide innovative cost effective solutions for our customers.

Our quality system is registered to both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003.   BSI is our quality systems registrar accredited under the Canadian Medical Devices Conformity Assessment System (CMDCAS). We are registered with the US FDA.,  "Health and Welfare Canada", "BOSS", and "Win Exports".

Contract  Manufacturing

Intronix onsite prototyping and production equipment lead to fast turn around time. We are fully equipped to provide all aspects of fully documented  R&D, prototype production to full production runs. Intronix will either completely finish your devices or provide subassemblies for packaging in your production lines.

Our Expertise

Intronix presents a medical device product line, supported by software. We cover multiple aspects of medical problem solving, diagnosis, patient evaluation, delivery of treatment, and follow-up evaluation. (EMG, ECG, EEG, sleep study, mapping)

We combine years of experience in low level biological signal acquisition with digital wireless technology. We produce wireless, fiber optic, and electrically isolated devices, operating from 4-128 channels. Our products can incorporate on-board stimulators and graphic displays. 

Software features can include data acquisition, storage, instantaneous and playback analysis routines, patient and treatment records, full documentation, video synchronization, and report writing amongst others.
