Medical Education, Treatment Delivery, and Patient Engagement
Intronix Technologies develops medical devices and software to support patient rehabilitation.

Myoguide™Injection Guidance System
Myoguide™ is a handheld needle EMG guided injection system. Myoguide™ enables clinicians to see and hear, as well as challenge, the injection sites, before any drug is injected.
Myoguide™ System UPGRADE!
Myoguide's integrated stimulator can now stimulate in both 1.0mA and 0.1mA steps over the full 0-20mA stimulation range; Myoguide has 50, 100, 200, or 500μs stimulation pulse width choices; and stimulation frequency choices of 1, 3, 5, 7, or 10 Hz;

Intronix I-Quantify and I-Engage™ Apps for Outcome Tracking and Patient Engagement
Intronix Technologies has designed three software applications to provide tools for doctors to measure and track treatment outcomes, as well as, engage patients as an essential part of their treatment. While these Apps can operate independently, the highest potential is achieved when they interact with each other.
“I-Quantify”, an Android/IOS App, is designed for the doctor’s office. This cloud-based App is comprised of a collection of well-known and accepted assessment indexes to measure: Spasticity, Pain, and Capability. These elements can be quantified, graphed, and documented over time. This provides an indication of outcomes measured at the point of treatment.
“I-QuantifyW”, an Android/IOS App, is designed for the doctor’s waiting room. This cloud-based App is designed for patients to be able to fill out indexes in the waiting room, before they are seen. The doctor, or auxiliary selects the patient, or sets up the new patient. The patient can then fill our questionnaires selected by the doctor before they are seen. The results of that questionnaire will be checked by the doctor, or auxiliary and then submitted to the cloud for integration into the patient record, available on I-Quantify.
“I-Engage” is designed for use by patients at home. This Android/IOS cloud based App is designed to help patients document spasticity, pain, and capability using visual scales 0-9. Patients can document anytime, in a well-accepted fashion.
Intronix Augmented Reality Toxin Injection Simulation
Intronix Technologies augmented reality medical simulations provide realistic learnings tool to reinforce 3D anatomical and situational awareness. Applications include education programs for both site specific anatomy and toxin injection techniques. The lifelike model can be palpated to provide realistic tactile feedback. Augmented reality illustrates the anatomy view of the vital structures of a specific anatomical area, with specific attention to muscle, nerve, and vessels. Target muscles can be selected for each encounter for injection simulation procedures. Both longitudinal and cross-sectional views are visible. This presents a unique perspective to allow operators to develop 3D situational awareness. Vital structure alarms and adjustable depth limits create a valuable educational tool. Injection simulations using 3D anatomical views show the target muscle, turning blue when the needle pathway is correct, and green when the target muscle is penetrated. Simulated EMG is present in the background and when target muscles are penetrated with the needle. Different injection approaches can be experienced, without any risk to a live patient.
Intronix is developing different simulation platforms including upper and lower extremities, the head and neck, as well as various post stroke postures.
