We No Longer Accept Purchase Orders

We no longer support purchase orders due to a number of reasons

  1. There is a massive amount of paperwork required in most cases that often times results in dealing with multiple administration people.  This eats into our daily work requirements
  2. Many forms can be required as well as additional paperwork for every single different purchasing department
  3.  We have had a lot of trouble dealing with payments that are simply NOT arriving, thereby wasting more time and costing us more money to find the appropriate party and chase  down the problems.
  4. When their payments are “sent,” we have not been receiving them by mail in many cases, that requires us to go back to purchasing departments to chase that down….yet another WASTE OF TIME!
  5. Legacy purchase order customers will be supported providing we do not find any issues or problems with reimbursement. This will be on a case by case basis.  Please be on advisement that any infractions will result in loss of purchase order privileges.

So, in conclusion if you wish to purchase from the Myoguide Store, the only available option will be via credit card purchases.
