Understand how your diet can affect inflammation and pain. This course highlights several diets that have been found to improve chronic pain symptoms, using them to teach nutritional concepts (e.g., micro/macronutrients, blood sugar, antioxidants, etc.).
Learn how sleep and chronic pain are interconnected. This course teaches the science of sleep, how to get better sleep, and how quality sleep can be essential to pain management.
Equip yourself with strategies to support your mental health. Living with chronic pain can be distressing; therefore, understanding how to support your mood and overall well-being is vital. This course focuses on how to care for your mind and body, and create support networks for yourself.
Video Resources for the Body & Mind
We offer several guided meditation videos. These videos lead the meditator through mindfulness exercises that work to bring attention to the present moment. Themes include visualization, self-love, relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation, and more.
Our gentle stretching videos are aimed at improving range of motion and circulation, while reducing stiffness. We currently offer guided stretches that are focused on the hands, fingers, wrists, feet, and toes.
Check out our guided yoga sessions that incorporate elements of exercise, breathing, and mindfulness. These sessions are low-impact and gentle, and can be practiced from standing, on the ground, or in a chair.
